1. 利用について
本規約はSynka TeamのSynka Diaryの利用に適用されます。思い出やアルバムはユーザー自身のデータです。他者のプライバシー、著作権等を尊重し、保存・送信する権限のある内容を利用してください。
2. データとバックアップ
端末の故障、紛失、アプリ削除等に備え、ユーザー自身でバックアップを作成・保管してください。復元は現在のデータを置き換えるため、確認画面をよくお読みください。書き出し先の管理もユーザー自身で行います。
3. AIの提案
AIは任意機能で、出力の正確性や適切性は保証されません。保存・利用前に確認してください。提案の表示までに利用回数が消費された場合、採用しなくても回数は戻りません。利用可能な機能・回数はアプリ内表示によります。
4. サブスクリプションとDesign Pack
購入可能な商品、価格、期間、更新条件は購入時のストア表示をご確認ください。サブスクリプションはストアの条件に従って更新され、解約・返金は各ストアで管理します。Design Packは提供される場合にデザインの利用権を与えるもので、AIの利用権を含みません。解約後も端末に保存した思い出・アルバム・生成済みデザインは利用できます。新たなAI操作はその時点の利用条件に従います。
5. リワード広告
無料プランの一部機能は広告視聴が条件となります。広告の在庫や通信状況により利用できない場合があります。バックアップ・復元等、広告を配信できない場合も続行できる操作についてはアプリ内の案内に従ってください。思い出やアルバム自体の閲覧・手動編集を広告でロックするものではありません。
6. 禁止事項
違法な利用、第三者の権利侵害、サービス妨害、不正な購入・広告・利用回数の操作、バックエンドへの不正アクセスを禁止します。
7. 提供内容・免責・連絡先
法令で認められる範囲で、サービスの中断がないこと、完全性、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。法令上認められない責任制限や、消費者の権利の排除を意図するものではありません。必要に応じてサービスや規約を変更し、重要な変更は適切にお知らせします。お問い合わせ: support@synka-team.com

1. Using Synka Diary
These terms apply to Synka Diary, provided by Synka Team. Your memories and albums are your data. Respect privacy and intellectual property rights, and use content you are entitled to store and send.
2. Data and backups
Create and keep backups against device failure, loss or app deletion. Restore replaces current data; read the confirmation carefully. You manage exported files and their destinations.
3. AI suggestions
AI is optional. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; review them before saving or using them. A successfully displayed suggestion may consume an action even if you do not adopt it. The app shows available features and limits.
4. Subscriptions and Design Packs
Check the store’s purchase screen for products, pricing, periods and renewal conditions. Subscriptions renew under store terms; manage cancellation and refunds with the store. Where offered, a Design Pack grants access to designs, not AI usage. Locally saved memories, albums and generated designs remain usable after cancellation. New AI actions follow the access conditions then in effect.
5. Rewarded ads
Some free-plan features require watching an ad. Availability depends on ad inventory and connectivity. Follow the app’s notices for operations such as backup/restore that may continue if an ad is unavailable. Viewing and manually editing your memories and albums are not locked behind ads.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the app unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, disrupt services, manipulate purchases, ad rewards or usage limits, or access the backend without authorization.
7. Availability, changes and contact
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update the service or terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
